Gymnastics

Both kids have been going to gymnastics since August. They love it!! Janna Lynn was actually too young to be in the class, and would have a fit everytime I dropped Landen off because she wanted to be with the big kids. The teacher let her stay one day and ended up saying she could join the class even though she was a little young. I must say she keeps up with them and even learns stuff quicker than the rest. :) And as you can see in some pictures Landen likes to incorporate his "spidey" moves into his routine. :) He is still obsessed with Spiderman!

The Battle of Britain Party

So Luke and I got a night out last week, which rarely EVER happens. We got all dressed up and had a night out with great friends! We have a British exchange pilot in our squadron, and the British government gives him an allowance to put on a Battle of Britain party, honoring a historal victory over Germany back in the day. The party included the traditionl burning of a piano, which I still don't know why it's a tradition but it was fun!!

It's FALL time!!

As you can see, Landen and Janna Lynn are the best of buds. (when they aren't fighting over toys or who gets to climb up on the jungle gym first) Here are a few pictures I took at the park. They rest are from our visit to Willard Farms. We got to ride a tractor to pick our own pumpkins and then play on the farm's homemade bounce pad.

New Blog Design and Pics that are Way Overdue for Posting

As usual we are BUSY!! I updated our blog with family pictures we took while in Indiana. Thanks dad for helping!! I have tons of pictures from this summer I still have to post but it will have to wait just a bit longer. Long story short, I have to upload them again.

First Day of Preschool!!

The kids had their first day of preschool today!! They go for 3 hours 3 days a week at our church. Mommy is very excited!! :) As you can see in the picture they were not so sure about it, but they looked cute despite their fear. :)

Janna Lynn is still not so sure about this whole school thing but I'm sure it won't take her long to get the hang of it. You would think they couldn't wait to get away from mommy for a little bit. :)

Hanging Out With Friends

Becky, Katie, and I decided to take the kids to the Riverbanks Zoo last week.  We went to the Botanical Gardens first, trying to get some good pics of the kids, but they had different plans. :) Here are a few pictures I was able to get of the kiddos.
