Cubs game

The Cubs are here for spring training, so we decided to take Grandpa to go see them play. We have loved having GP here for a week and are going to be so sad when he has to leave.

Wave to the camera. :)

At the Zoo

The Monday before GG and Aunt Ashley left, we went to the Arizona Wildlife World Zoo. It was a beautiful day and Landen really enjoyed looking at all the different animals. We decided his favorites were the monkeys and the baby snapping turtles. He loved the snapping turtles because they were trying to bite his fingers through the glass. He got a huge kick out of it!! :)

At the petting zoo. He did not like the goats!! One tried to take his blankey and he had a fit. He wasn't about to let that happen. No one tries to take Landen's blankey!!

We got to feed a giraffe which Landen was not so sure about. He just looked at him in amazement wondering if he should be scared or not.

busy, busy, BUSY!!

We have been so busy the last couple of weeks. I have so many pictures to share!! We had GG and Aunt Ashley stay with us last week and Grandpa Phil (GP) stay with us this week. It has been so nice having family here for so long.
Since GG and Aunt Ashley came the week before Landen's birthday we decided to start the
b-day celebrations early. This kid is so spoiled but he is so worth it!!

Landen's new pool

Today, we set up Landen's new pool in the backyard. We could not believe how excited he was about splashing in the water. It's amazing the types of pools they have now. This things got a pump, filter, and cover, and you chemically treat it just like you would any other pool. It's really the next best thing to the "real" thing. It's even big enough for him to splash and play till his hearts content, and for me ( and a few girlfriends) to float on a raft and catch some rays. Bring it on, Arizona heat!

He loved the pool so much he was giving it kisses!

Look at that hair! Can you say little Rascal? :)

A visit from Grandma and Grandpa Bledsoe

Grandma and Grandpa Bledsoe came to visit us this week. We had such a good time!!

We got to check out the F-16 up close. Can you believe Luke really flies this thing?

We went to White Tank Mountain Park to take an up close look at the rough terrain that is Arizona. There are definitely no cacti like this in Indiana!!

We can see these mountains from our front yard.

At the park

Last week we got to watch beautiful Aria for a bit while her mommy had some time to herself. We took advantage of the sunny day and went to the park. The babies had a blast!

While daddy was playing with Landen, I was able to get some cute pictures of Aria playing in the sand. She has such a sweet, peaceful personality.

Look at those muscles!

GO GIANTS!!!!

I can't believe the Giants beat the Patriots!!! It was an awesome game!! We were so excited for Eli and his team. We had our new friends, who are also here for F-16 training, over to watch the game. Landen had a great time playing with their baby girl, Aria.

Way past everyone's bedtime. Even the mommies look tired.

I thought the below picture was so funny. It was the last few minutes of the game and the guys were both swaying the babies back and forth. You know its that sway you acquire after having a baby and don't even know you are doing it. It's so funny how having a baby even changes how you watch a football game.

On Friday, we decided to check out the stadium and pre-game activities since we live so close. Let me tell you it was crazy!!! We didn't get very far before we decided it just wasn't worth it, but we did take some pictures.
