Janna Lynn is 5 months old!!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but I have been trying to keep up with TWO blogs!! I have been concentrating on my photography blog thus neglecting my family one. Sorry honey, our kids pictures are coming up I promise. :) Luke has been gone for almost a week now to NM for safety school. Only three more weeks left! (I make that sound like it's not long, oh how the life of an AF wife changes your perspective) :) We miss him terribly. To keep me sane Uncle John is out here visiting for awhile. We love having him here, Landen especially!

Janna Lynn loves looking at the water, so it was hard to get a picture of her face. :)
Eating chips by the pool

Landen can't go anywhere without his Cubbies hat, even the bathtub!!

Janna Lynn eating cereal

Our pretty girl is growing up so fast!! We started her on cereal this week which is always a fun milestone. She even looks beautiful with cereal all over her face. :)

Picking Wild Blackberries

Landen's new favorite thing to do is pick wild blackberries that grow in our backyard.
Just another reason why we love our house!

I have set up a new blog for my photographs. It doesn't look totally professional yet, but it works for now. :)

My New Adventure

Since I'm not busy enough being a stay at home to two beautiful babies, I have decided to take on yet another big project, starting my own photography business. I have wanted to do this for YEARS!! But with finishing my undergrad/masters degree, having babies, and moving it has been put on hold until now. We have been saving up for this big change (it's so expensive, especially the camera!) and the time is getting closer, so I just thought I would share to the world my excitement, and sheer nervousness. Please pray for me and this new part of my life I am taking on. I want my Creator to have a hand in every part of this process since he has given me this ability. Being a mother and wife is the most wonderful job I could ever have, but I also yearn to create, it's just apart of who I am. It is going to be a LONG process (Learning, learning, and more learning, building a portfolio, juggling kiddos and work time, etc) but I am so excited to get started!
